We closed escrow recently on this fourplex in an A+ location on coveted Beachwood Dr. My client's got themselves a nice building that brings in solid rents. Let's face it when buying an income property the main thing is how much money does it bring in every month. My client just closed yesterday on this beautifully remodeled classic 1923 four-plex in desirable Los Feliz Village.
