I had read about famed lifestyle brand SBE looking for new avenues of business, and I believe this is the first example of one of their new approaches. Clearly they have design taste as exemplified in their many top tier establishments (think XIV, Katsuya, Hyde, SLS Hotel, and more), which it appears they have put to use in the high end flip of this "bird street" modern lying high above the Sunset Strip.
