This is totally my style and something I would definitely consider if looking for a home in this price range. The Beachwood Canyon area of the Hollywood Hills, right under the famous Hollywood sign, is a great place to live first and foremost, and this one is above the market, where there is less traffic and noise. The house itself is an updated 1953 house with clean lines, a cool white brick fireplace, hardwood flooring, and updated bathrooms. The property is surrounded by massive sycamore trees, adding to the 'away from it all feel.' If in the market for a three bedroom house in the Hollywood Hills under a million, quite simply, as far as I am concerned, this is it.
